The latest version of MacForensicsLab features redesigned core functions making it faster to zero in on suspect evidence with an easier and more intuitive interface. Case Notes are an extremely useful function of MacForensicsLab that allow the investigator to add comments and ideas to their case file at any point in time during the examination and investigation. Whether browsing the ‘Main’ window or in the middle of a lengthy acquisition, the investigator can open the ‘Notes’ tab of the ‘Database’ window, using either the keyboard shortcut or ‘’Window’ drop menu, and make the desired entry, before returning to the prior screen when finished.
